In 2019, JerryRigEverything YouTube channel recommended the REWA Selected Laser Machine and the view exceeded 20 million. It was this clip that made the machine known to numerous fans. They also began to know a safe, effective, and cheaper way to repair the back glass of the phone. Many repair shops rushed to purchase this machine.
After a year of upgrades, REWA LAB once again selected an upgraded version laser machine that has a smaller size, lower cost, and identical performance.

Practical Operation – iPhone 11 Pro Max Back Glass Separating
Now we will demonstrate the practical operation of the two laser machines. Then we need to put the iPhone 11 Pro Max back glass assembly in the right position. By the way, two laser machines support not only the iPhone series, but also other popular phone models like Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, etc.
The following step is to get all parameters set and turn on laser aiming function. Then we click ‘Mark’ to scan the back glass with the laser light. Then we can see the back glass becomes transparent after laser scanning.
After that, we continue to separate the back glass and move on to the second laser scanning. Then residual glue on the two mid-frames has been removed thoroughly.
Marking
Like the previous version, REFOX Upgraded Laser Marking Machine can also be used for marking which can meet private customization needs of different clients.

It has been more than 2 years since REFOX launched its bitmap software. Like you guys, REWA LAB is also a big fan of REFOX. Recently, REFOX has also launched an automatic desktop laser machine set for repair shops. What’s so new about this new product? Keep checking and we will show you!
As the first intelligent repair equipment launched by REFOX, the automatic desktop laser machine set adheres to the concept of “JUST FOR SMART REPAIR” and therefore is designed to bring a more cost-effective refurbishment solution to repair shops. The package not only includes the machine but also comes with a variety of consumables.
Different from other laser machines in the market, this automatic desktop laser machine comes with a built-in operating system that can be directly connected with the mouse and keyboard. So it can work normally without connecting to an external computer, which is not only space-saving but also time-saving. This is really a user-friendly design!
Back Glass Separating Test
Install the automatic positioning mold prior to testing. This automatic positioning mold is specially designed for refurbishing when dealing with phones of the same model. You can complete the focus operation with ‘one-click and skip the repetitive focusing operation afterward, Which can greatly improve the refurbishing efficiency of repair shops. Let’s place the iPhone X back housing on the automatic positioning mold first, you can choose any type of model you have. Next, Choose the corresponding drawing and position the automatic positioning mold and then fix it to the machine.
Let’s continue with the tough back glass of iPhone 11 Pro. Due to the special arrangement of the three cameras of the iPhone 11 Pro, we need to adjust the laser light scanning area here carefully. Once confirmed, click ‘Print’ to scan the back glass with the laser light. Once done, adhesive and print underneath the glass have been pulverized.
Next, let’s separate the back glass from the mid-frame. Before separating please wear goggles and anti-cutting gloves. Insert the metal pry piece into the gap between the back glass and the mid-frame to separate the back glass from the mid-frame carefully. The glass around the triple-lens camera is relatively thick. We need to scan the back glass with the laser light a few more times. Then remove residual glass around the triple-lens camera. Once done, remove residual adhesive with the Laser Machine.
Laser Engraving Test
Place the object on the automatic positioning mold. Here we have chosen iPads, iPods, lighters, metal pieces, and plastic pieces for testing. Press the ‘Focus’ button and select the corresponding pattern. Then turn on the laser aiming function, to adjust the position of the pattern on the object.
