After the Static Cycle Test (Condition: -20℃/2Hrs, +55℃55%RH/2Hrs, +55℃/4Hrs), the Dynamic Test (Condition: +45℃; playing video for 2Hrs) and the Vibrating Test (Amplitude: 2mm, Frequency: 50HZ, Time:1H), REWA high-end iPhone in-cell screen performs well in the display/function test and features normal backlight adhesion.

As can be seen from these test results, the LCD screen still runs with defects after the improvement it went through. So it is not recommended. Test di prima mano sul nuovo schermo aftermarket per iPhone – Schermo Panda

Recently, a newly developed iPhone Aftermarket screen – Panda screen has appeared in the market with iPhone 6/6s/7/8 models. REWA LAB has carried out a series of tests on our exclusive Panda screen samples. Let’s take a look at the test result with iPhone 6s as an example.

COSMETIC INSPECTION

The bezel, glass lens and backlight adhesion are qualified.

The thickness of Panda screen is 2.74mm, which is thinner than the other two screens.

TEST DI FUNZIONAMENTO

Panda screen has higher hydrophobicity than the other two screens.

It has a stable reaction sensitivity of touch and 3D touch function.

The pure color performance is qualified but some of the Panda screen samples have polarizer problem under POL Film. It is uncertain if it will be improved when it comes to full production or not.

INSTALLATION TEST

The bezel fits good with no seam.

After 2-hour Dynamic test, 8-hour Static Cycle test, and 1-hour Vibrating test, all the functions performs normally.

The Panda screen samples performed well during the test. Still, as a new product, there lies the uncertainty about its quality. The recommendation, therefore, is for you to get some samples or try with a small quantity if have any interests. Bulk stock is not suggested.

Tour della fabbrica di lenti di vetro aftermarket per iPhone in Cina

La lente di vetro anteriore dell'iPhone è una parte indispensabile per gli utenti che accedono ai loro telefoni. E può anche influenzare l'esperienza dell'utente con una sensazione intuitiva. Per quanto largamente applicate, avete idea da dove provengano? Diamo un'occhiata più da vicino al processo di produzione delle lenti in vetro in fabbrica!

Processo di produzione della fabbrica di lenti in vetro

Taglio del vetro

Tagliare i pezzi di vetro in 4,7 pollici, 5,5 pollici e così via con la macchina da taglio CNC.

Molatura del vetro

Realizzate fori, bordi arrotondati e bordi 2,5D su pezzi di vetro con la molatrice CNC.

Lucidatura del vetro

Rifinire la lucidatura dettagliata con la polvere lucidante per vetri e la coperta lucidante.

Pulizia a ultrasuoni

Pulire più volte le lenti di vetro semilavorate con la macchina per la pulizia a ultrasuoni e con detergenti speciali. Al termine, valutare l'effetto della pulizia.

Tempra

Posizionare la lente di vetro semilavorata nel forno di tempra ad alta temperatura per 4 ore a 400℃. Al termine, estrarre la lente di vetro con il carroponte. Dopo il processo di tempra, raffreddare fino a temperatura ambiente, quindi immergere tutte le lenti in vetro nell'acqua ed eseguire l'ispezione cosmetica.

Realizzazione di serigrafie

Realizzare la serigrafia per la stampa e poi trasferire tutte le lenti di vetro sul vassoio di stampa appositamente progettato.

Stampa serigrafica

L'officina di stampa, priva di polvere, è dotata di una macchina serigrafica automatica e di materiali per lenti di vetro, di due cicli di stampa serigrafica e di un sistema di misurazione ottica ad alta precisione. Tutti i materiali delle lenti di vetro vengono inviati alla macchina serigrafica automatica per la stampa.

Montare la serigrafia sulla macchina da stampa. Terminare il primo ciclo di stampa con la macchina serigrafica automatica.

Panificazione

Inviare tutti i prodotti alla sala di cottura per la verniciatura.

Una volta terminato, si esegue il secondo ciclo di stampa con la macchina serigrafica automatica. Quindi tutti i prodotti vengono inviati nella sala di verniciatura per la cottura della vernice.

Rilevare l'effetto serigrafico della lente di vetro con il sistema di misurazione ottica ad alta precisione.

Pulizia a ultrasuoni

Trasferire tutte le lenti di vetro sul vassoio di pulizia appositamente progettato. Pulire le lenti di vetro con la macchina per la pulizia a ultrasuoni e gli speciali detergenti. Ogni lente di vetro deve essere sottoposta a 11 cicli di pulizia professionale.

Tutte le lenti in vetro vengono inviate al laboratorio di lenti in vetro con lunetta dopo il confezionamento.

Ispezione cosmetica

Eseguire l'ispezione cosmetica della lente di vetro per garantire un buon aspetto e un buon effetto superficiale.

Eseguire l'ispezione estetica delle lunette: verificare che non vi siano danni alle lunette.

Trattamento al plasma

Iniziare il trattamento della superficie dell'impalcatura con il sistema di trattamento superficiale al plasma, in modo da creare buone condizioni per il fissaggio dell'adesivo.

Erogazione di fluidi

Programmare la macchina per l'erogazione del fluido e completare il processo di erogazione del fluido con il fluido specificato (colla a freddo).

Montaggio della lunetta

Completare l'allineamento della lente di vetro e delle lunette nello stampo speciale.

Inserire tutti i prodotti nella Macchina per l'assemblaggio di lunette per 40 minuti.

Una volta terminato, eseguire l'ispezione dei prodotti finiti.

Pacchetto di tutte le lenti di vetro qualificate con lunetta.
